Photo Intro solution delivers cost-effective image capture in

low-volume applications where speed is not a primary concern, but image quality is

a must. It is ideal for small businesses, schools and other organizations that need to

protect budgets, but still require better performance, image quality and ease of use

than a digital or Web camera that uses TWAIN or Microsoft

• Fully integrated solution. The Tru Photo Intro solution includes a digital still

camera and intuitive Tru Photo Intro software. The software makes it very easy for

operators to manually capture, crop and save photos. It is designed to integrate

seamlessly with all versions of Datacard

ID Works

identification software.

• Tethered flash. Unlike other cameras in this class, the Tru Photo Intro solution’s

camera uses an internal flash that remains fully operational — even when

tethered to a desktop computer. This helps optimize lighting in various operating

conditions.

• Live video. End-users can preview the subject via live video prior to capture,

which makes it easier to acquire the right image.
